North Berwick East Beach
North Berwick East Beach, also known as Milsey Bay is a popular family sandy beach ideal for sun bathing, bird watching, picnics, walking and exploring rock pools. The beach is very close to the harbour, RNLI Lifeboat shed and the Scottish Seabird Centre. There is a boating pond built into the rocks which holds the water when the tide is out, providing a safe place for children to sail boats and paddle about in. Events from Fringe by the Sea can often be seen to spill over onto the beach fro a musical treat.
The beach begins next to the harbour and the Scottish Seabird Centre and expands along to where the Glen Golf Course begins. It an expansive sandy beach with splendid views of the Bass Rock and the Firth of Forth and over to Fife. A great place to walk in all weathers.
